I volunteer, when I am able to, with local churches, community functions, and whatever I can find to do what I can to improve someone's day. I am always striving to help anyone in/outside of work, and to my best ability, be the best team leader/member to the individual. What attracted me the most to caring for another is the appreciation that they give. Not money, or candy, but the smile across their faces makes helping others worth while. I have learned from the years of helping others outside of at workplace and inside that no matter who you are or who the person is, as long as you both find a light in any situation, and it will be lifted.
