I believe I am a great caregiver because I am able to put the individuals needs before my own; caring for others is something I also take a lot of pride in. After being a mother for many years and after my kids were old and grown, I came to the realization that my life was lacking something very important. I get self-satisfaction by caring for those who need it the most. Everyone deserves to have their needs met whether they can do it themselves or not. If not, then I want to be the person to help. This is why I became a caregiver.
