I'm dependable and always on time. Why did I decide to become a care provider is because my mom had 8 back surgeries and she refused to go into a Nursing home for rehabilitation so I had to do. What made me choose this career it's because of my compassion for people who can no longer take care of themselves an they need people like us to be there for them in their time of need.
