About Precious

My name is Precious and I would consider myself a great caregiver because I have always been told I grew up with a old sole. I enjoy taking care of individuals which Includes the elderly that need extra attention that others may neglect or not pay close attention to. Being able to know that there are different ailments and patients is a gift that I enjoy. I always communicate with family about any new observations and concerns for patients. What I am most proud of is when my aunt, uncle , father and other patients which I cared for needed me I was right there until the end. What I love about being a caregiver is my compassion to help others. I take my job and responsibilities serious because it's starts from my giving heart . My greatest achievement is last year when I heard my aunt had thyroid cancer and I took off to take care of her when she got out of the hospital and cleaned her trachea and did housekeeping chores including organizing every room in her home. She smiled and I enjoyed helping out. I have worked with patients with seizures, Alzheimer's, Cancer, Dementia and housekeeping needs. When given the opportunity I always go above and beyond the call of duty.

Took care of my aunt that had throat cancer. She had no children. I went to get her from Ohio. She paid me out of her own account. I would bathe, clean , feed and grocery shopping and grooming. She passed away in June.

Called VA Authorization line to get emergency treatment for Veterans. Cleaned lobby when a lot of patients came through testing positive for COVID-19.
