Answer patients' call signals. Turn and reposition bedridden patients, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsores. Observe patients' conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to professional staff. Feed patients who are unable to feed themselves. Provide patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed. Provide patient care by supplying and changing wet/soiled clothing and adult briefs, applying dressings and supervising activites of daily living routines. Bathe, groom, shave, dress, or drape patients to prepare them for treatment,hospice or doctors' visits. Answer phones and direct family visitors,doctors,hospices workers and emergency personnel. Administer,fill,and order medications/treatments,such as, suppositories, irrigations, enemas, breathing treatments, and etc., as directed by a physician or nurse. Perform clerical duties such as processing documents and scheduling appointments. Assigned resident aides with care plans and assigned resident hallways to ensure every resident had as much attention and assistance as needed. Redirected Residents suffering with Dementia/Alzheimers to positive activites to ensure safety. Maintained adequate communication between family,doctors, and staff to make sure residents needs and best interest were put first.

Prepare, serve, and collect food trays. Answer phones and direct visitors. Administer medications and treatments, such as routine medicines and narcotic medicines as directed by a physician or nurse. Preparing and cooking meals. Cleaning and sanitizing residents rooms,bathrooms,activitiy rooms,laundry and common areas.
