What makes me a great caregiver is that I'm very compassionate I'm caring helpful dependable. I'm goal is that each and everyday that my residents are cared for and loved and are happy. I became a CNA when someone told me bout certified nurses assistants ; I was curious so I applied for the job got the job and I feel I've found my true calling- and that is working along side of my residents at their home. I enjoy doing what I do. Wished I'd would of known bout these careers when I was younger. My most achievement was when I passed my final testing and became certified (2012 / Apr). Me when I'm at work I will dance and sing to my residents, so I'm e of my residents call me silly- I say whatever keeps them smiling.
