I take what I do above and beyond what is expected of me. When someone needs care I do my very best of their needs plus take extra innitive making sure the person is made comfortable in their own home. What attracted me to caregiving will have to be I feel I am natural carer for any one who might need someone that really cares. I do treat each and every one as if a part of my family ..as their family members. Again I try to go above and beyond for thoat extra care. What do I enjoy the most? Just being able have the time in showing the person in my charge the compassion they do deserve. My personal achievement will be when becoming full time at Sodalis then Resident Medication Aide..also being given the responsibility of training new hires
