I first began working with the elderly six years ago. I have consistently worked with a core group since then on nutrition and fitness. It is through engaging with this group I realized my passion for encouraging and empowering them through compassion and knowledge. An achievement I am most inspired by is through my work with a Parkinson's client. The scientific chains that bound the minds of many and the body of those it claims were broken and cast off with the encouragement and courage of all involved. She opened my eyes this years to the dangers of stereotyping senior citizens. I am a personal trainer who has found a love for a generation.
