I have worked with Alzheimer's patients and those with dementia from the age of 19 to age 30. I started in Wisconsin as a caregiver for New Perspectives. In a couple of years I became the live in for this group home. I helped with all daily cares and medication administration. I later received my CNA license and continued to work in Colorado and later Texas I was also flight attendant in between this time. At the age of 30, we had our first child and I have been an at home mother of three children since 2004. I love those that are affected by Alzheimers and now that my children are getting older, would love to work with them again.
