I became a caregiver because I love working with the elderly and those in need. Most of what being a caregiver requires is what I'm good at and enjoy doing. I like that here on Carelinx my hours can be flexible being that I'm a mother of four very busy and beautiful children. I also enjoy caring for people one on one because it makes my job more personal, it's like a visit with a friend and not just a client. I've been told I'm a good listener and have a great sense of humor which I find helps both myself and the client. We can't take life too seriously and wearing a smile has the power to brighten someone's day and it reminds them that someone cares.
