I have been a professional caregiver for the past few decades in many different scenarios. It all began when I was working with Hospice. One of my favorite patients consistently told me I was " a natural" and encouraged me to pursue a Nursing career and I promised her I would. Almost 7 years ago, while in my final year of nursing school in Utah, it became necessary for me to move across country to NC to care for my aging parents. 4 years ago, I moved them in with me so I could provide 24/7 care for them and I don't regret one moment of that decision. I have loads of experience with patients ridden with cancer, dementia, heart disease, diabetes and many other ailments. I'd love the chance to meet with you and see if we are a good fit. Go ahead, give me a whirl. I promise, you won't regret it. Most recently, I have also been a caregiver to wonderful family of 3 girls. Provided full-time care in my home to to the girls (when the youngest was age 6 months until entering full time Kindergarten this past year) and ongoing care as needed when parents are out of town, etc. and have been doing this concurrently while caring for my elderly parents.
