As a home caregiver I provide non-medical help in caring for a loved one with an illness or injury. Work Experience of 15+ years includes: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, COPD, Kidney Disease, CHF, Macular Degeneration, Surgeries, Fracture injuries, Progressive Supra-nuclear Palsy (neurological disease), Dementia, Hospice Patients. I absolutely enjoy being a caregiver as I take my time with my clients. The most important things that a person needs in their aging days are understanding, patience and a chance to feel young again. I love helping my clients to feel at home and more of themselves again. I provide assistance for activities of daily living for the elderly (or others in need) in most any task that needs to be done. I can help with grooming, light meal preparation, medicine monitoring, companionship and conversation, grocery shopping or other errands.
