I really love to be there and be the suport por this patients, I love to make them smile and make them feel a little more positive about themselves. I love to be their right hand when they need help. It really makes me happy to spend time with them and make them feel like some one cares for them and love them. The personal achivement I am proud of is that I have the love of all my patients. I am a great caregiver because I love what I do. I love working and caring for people who need help. I have a great bedside manner and I am a hard worker. I became a caregiver because I want to be a nurse someday and I have learned a lot about how they work through watching them while being a caregiver and it's just a very rewarding job. What I like about being a caregiver is making people feel better and seeing the smile on their faces when they smile at me and knowing that I'm the reason why they're smiling and I love hearing the compliments they give me and knowing that they appreciate me. A personal achievement I am proud of is becoming a CNA so I can do the work I do.
I became a Caregiver because I love taking care of the elderly. I treat my patients as I would want my grandmother treated and that's very well. I like being a caregiver because you are helping someone who can no longer help themselves. They can make your day just by saying thank you and I have a lot of compassion for the elderly. A personal achievement that I was proud of was working with physical therapy with their Restorative Program, or when a resident was losing weight and I made sure she ate to put those pounds back on she had lost.
Hi, I am a jovial, outgoing individual and I am a great care giver because I enjoy people and serving people where I can. I believe that being a caregiver allows me to truly serve people and help where help is needed the most and that is something that is very rewarding for me. I am also in school to become a Registered Nurse and being a caregiver has been an amazing stepping stone to my field of choice and I believe that it is continuously preparing me to be an amazing Nurse one day very soon. One moment in my care giving experience that I am most proud of is when I was caring for a woman in the late stages of Parkinson's disease. She was difficult to understand and it was difficult for past caregivers to communicate with her. I initiated teaching her Yes and No in American Sign Language and she was able to use her better hand to respond to questions that I asked. I also initiated the company getting a communication device for her as to provide a better route of communication for future caregivers. Thank you so much for your consideration of me providing care to your loved one .

What attracted me to being a caregiver I use to help my grandmother nurse when she was sick and in Oct, 2014 I became a companion for two years I then became a pca and graduated from the agency I worked for since then I'm working with another agency. I have a very outgoing personality and everytime I go to a client house they want me to come back I love being a caregiver because I get to listen to stories the clients tell and I just love being around them to help with there everyday needs. Im very proud to say I made it a long way from working in foodservice for 5 years to being in the health field now.
