I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses due to working as both a physical therapy assistant and an Exercise Physiologist. Some of those diagnoses include post-stroke, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, peripheral neuropathy, sciatica, post-joint replacements, various cardiovascular diseases, and more. I am open to both in-home care as well as medical personal training. Personal training sessions can last either half an hour or an hour.
