I am compassionate, patient, and honest. I feel I am enthusiastic and responsible and have really enjoyed working as a caregiver in prior years. I feel more than caregiving I provide great companionship. I first became drawn to caregiving when I took care of my Grandmother, who was diagnosed with the late stages of ALS back in 2015. When I was younger, taking care of my mother who was a single mom suffering from cancer made caregiving natural for me. I enjoy the relationship that come along with caregiving, I feel called to it in a way because each of my experiences have in turn been very special. I feel proud of the way I live my life independently and thoughtfully, but I might be most proud to know I helped my Grandmother live her last few months in the best possibly way. I hope to continue this calling of mine and have a similar impact on others.
