I decided to become a caregiver after taking care of my father through the later days of his life. It was a hard job in which I didn't have any assistance with. I knew there had to be others out there who were going through the same situation and could use a helping hand or even something as minute as companionship, a phone call or a hug. I enjoy being a caregiver for the simple fact that I am helping someone who is in need. I currently am a personal trainer, and I have just kicked off my own fit camp in which I can now offer another way to help those around me by staying healthy and in shape. My goals are to finish my degree in kinesiology, and launch an all sport athletic conditioning & therapy center for adolescent and adult athletes. I love to workout, sing and cook and most of all SMILE.
