I have extensive experience caring for seniors and I am passionate about taking care of others. I cared for my blind, 80-years-old mother-in –law in Mongolia for 3 months in 2012. In addition to be a blind she has diabetes, high blood pressure and problem with walking. She had a lot of needs in her daily life but it was my pleasure to care for her because I deeply love her. From April to June 2013, I took care of woman who had a car accident in the USA. She was bedridden for three weeks and used a wheelchair afterwards. I helped her take her medications, took care of her hygiene needs, did her laundry, dressed her, cooked and helped her eat, took her out for walks and took care of her other needs until her condition improved. For about 8 months from July 2013 to March 2014, I worked as a caregiver to an 81- year-old lady. She had numerous health issues, including high blood pressure, glaucoma and diabetes. On a daily basis, I took her out for walks, cooked for her, and maintained her home in a good condition. I read to her, became a close friend and helped her stop feeling lonely. I applied her makeup, did her hair, dressed her, bathed her and helped her take her medicines always on time. I am spiritual, positive person and enjoy meditation. I love children, elderly, pets and nature. I personally feel fulfilled when I help others and care for them.

I have good personality and interpersonal traits, my expertise range from the basis of love care and support which i have done for many years in Cape Town South Africa. I was mainly attracted to become a care giver when i saw the need from seniors in South Africa who lived on their own and have to go on their own to the super market to buy food in dangerous areas where they can be mugged and have their money taken from them. I enjoy socializing with the seniors, listening to their past experiences and also learning from their sickness or illness be it diabetics or any other disease, i love learning more on how best they love to be treated. I cared for my late mother in-law who had diabetics and i enjoyed every minute of helping her to manage her sugar levels and monitoring and record keeping of all the readings. I am proud of the fact that i had this quality time to be a care giver in my home to my mother as well as to my mother in-law. I have also cared for Senator Jack Edward Jones in Harare Zimbabwe at the age of 18, i had the love to care for seniors. He had been mugged and tripped on his hip bone and underwent surgery, upon discharge from the hospital, i personally managed the care at home until he could get out of bed. I did bed baths and i loved it because i knew he cant do it for himself, then who else if i was present in the home, it had to be me.
I have been a C.N.A. for now 2 years. I love what I do. My great grandma is who inspired me to be who I am today i took care of my great grandma for 5years she passed away 2years ago that's when I decided to do something i enjoyed doing. I wish I would have done the schooling when she was alive so I could have took better care of her i had no idea how to take care of prevent bed sores. No knowledge at all on bed sores.. But I did i know she would be proud of me. I treat my patients as if I'm taking care of my mom or grandma. I treat others how I want to be treated. I am good at what I do i do not mind working weekends or nights i am up for any shift. I work hard and always on time.
I am very loving and kind woman. I am spiritual. I think that one of my life's duty is to help others. I take care of people, as I would take care of my family. I like to think that my clients were in one of my previous lives as my mother or dad, as my sister or brother, and they gave me their love and care. Now in this my life I met them and giving back them with my love, respect and taking care. If I think so, my hearth feels with love for them and my job makes me happy. To be a caregiver is a good karma. My personal achievement I am proud of is When I became a caregiver.

I became a caregiver because I have always loved being around elderly people. I respect their wisdom and love to interact with them. I actually started "helping" elderly people one summer nearly 20 years ago when I had a small landscaping business, and through helping people that had various health issues and could no longer do some of their outdoor duties, my business kind of evolved into caregiving full-time. My last caregiver job lasted 9 years until my client began to need 24 hour care. I consider myself to be a loyal person.
I have been a caregiver since 17, when I started my first private duty job. I love caring for all individuals in need of help . I'm very understanding and a great listener.
