My entire life, people have been drawn to my light, loving energy, compassion and sense of humor. Most often I have heard that my presence speaks volumes, I'm a ray of sunshine and an earth angel. I feel our elders are a treasure and should receive the help and support they deserve. After decades working in a corporate setting I decided to leave and pursue a more heart-centered career. I had been drawn for years to the idea of working with elders and those in hospice and once I started training I knew I had found my life purpose. Regardless of age, I enjoy being a caregiver! I love knowing that I make a difference in peoples lives through my work, volunteering and my 'being of service' way of being. I have many personal achievements that I'm proud of, but the one that touches my heart the most is that I allowed myself the gift of time and self-reflection to step into my life purpose, being of service in elder care, end of life care and other related areas that bring together all of my education, gifts and life experiences. Hello I have been a caregiver on and off since 2010 and have been doing it consistently the last 4-5 years. I absolutely love being able to help anyone. It's my passion and I absolutely love doing what I do. I have children and I love being there for them and helping them along the way and I feel that helps me do my job better and with love. We moved from California in 2021 and we love it here in NWA. I can't wait to learn more about NWA and the families I'll be able to help.

i became a caregiver because i helped with my grandmother and i saw how important it is to have good care for the elderly.I like the feeling of helping and making people happy.I mesh well with most clients and form a strong bond.I've been a caregiver for 14 years and it feels like this is what I'm good at and am meant to be doing.

I enjoy getting to know my clients. I really enjoy hearing stories from when they were younger. It is a goal of mine to do my best to ensure I am providing great care to every client.

I am a pretty easy going person I have a neutral personality so I get along with pretty much anyone. I have been a cna for over 13 years. I have worked in many different aspects of the field so I know my way around. I'm outgoing and love to encourage independence and being able to help people conquer daily tasks. I enjoy seeing them laugh and joke and have a smile on their face. I am proud that I am able to help them achieve daily goals and keep a smile and laughing and be happy while doing it.

First off I am a huge hearted person! I don't need many strangers and my love for other individuals shines Bright through everything that I do. I'm very detail oriented and always willing to jump in and learn something new do what it takes to complete the task at hand as thoroughly and as efficiently as possible. And being a caregiver has been something that I have done most of my life my mother worked in the medical field and started in respiratory and moved into her MD license and so growing up in that type of environment it was just something that came naturally to me. Being a caregiver is just an extension of my family basically, is what that means is that I take those that I'm providing care for and love them and care for them just as much as I would is if they were a member of my family. What I love most about being a caregiver is simply that I am able to help somebody in need and not for me is the most rewarding feeling that I could receive from the position.

I've been working as a community support/caregiver for almost 30 years. I am patient, compassionate, understanding, easy going, get along with everybody and I am fast learner. I've been in nursing school but due to pregnancy did not get my degree. But I worked and have experienced with nursing home facility, ER, home health and private care setting. I was trained and experienced how to give a shots (insulin-B12). Ive been in so many workshops regarding home health and earned certifications. I've been in medication management training. I love working with people. I love to see my clients happy face when they see me. My greatest achievement is when my clients acknowledge my hard work. I give quality care with passion to my clients. I believe quality over quantity.

I have been a caregiver most of my life. I started my career as a CNA and eventually became an LPN. I took an early retirement from nursing in 2015 to help raise my grandsons but have continued in the home care field. I think what makes me a good caregiver is the good comments from the family about myself and that is a complement about my job, I became a caregiver because is a job the have so much rewarding! I like to be a caregiver because you make good friends and treat your patient as they were part of your family, is little challenging at times! I have empathy,sympathy and compassion for people that needs physical,emotional and mental help.Caring for 25 years and still love what i do. I love providing home care giving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. the smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel i have done my job right.
