I have been a caregiver for years. I enjoy working with people. I started doing caregiving after I watched my mom be an RN. I enjoy seeing my clients happy and satisfied.

I'd say what makes me a good caregiver is my compassion for others & Positive demeanor. What sets me out from most would definitely be dedication & patience. When your doing something you love to do it really makes work not feel like a job & that's why I'm a caregiver. Giving someone the help they need is something we all deserve. The way I see it is -if providing my help was the least I did, then id enjoy the rest of my life knowing I made a difference. Really, It's a win- win situation!!!

Love being around people who appreciate me . Caregiving makes me feel at home because i get to enjoy what i do while doing it as a job . My grandma attracted me to be a caregiver because i would take care of her and a lot of my residents remind me of her. i enjoy most about caregiving is knowing that i help people everyday and they trust me . I have a lot of experience with patients, kids, adults, and residents of all ages! memory care and special needs care are my expertises because I have that extra sprinkle of compassion, patience, heart and dedication that it takes to insure proper quality care of someones family member. I am very familiar with computer inputting residents information, dr appointments, medications , fast paced typing skills. medications,ADL, documentations, vital signs, BP, Blood sugars, Previous experience was office manager/ bookkeeper for 18 wheelers 24hr roadside assistance company. Book keeping, answering calls, Handling customers requests, inputting new contracts with company's, inputting pricing determining taxable amount, order parts for the individual customers, company's, mechanics, service techs, working taking care of Commerical auto, finances, payroll, taxes and so forth.

I am honest, compassionate, puntual caregiver. I love my job, because I like to socialize with elderly people, I like to listened to their stories. What I enjoy the most about being a care giver is, to be able to give care , comfort, and make someone fell secure is the most rewarding felling. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is, that I was able to take care of my dad until the end.
