I am very out going, friendly and polite. I am a excellent cook, frugal shopper, excellent Organizational skills, and pay attention to details. Everything I do in a day is within time management making sure all my patients needs are met. Generally everyone finds me cheerful, upbeat and easy to get along with during my visits.

I have been a caregiver/provider or volunteer in the medical field since I was 10. I enjoy providing companionship and medical to all ages. I enjoy taking care of others. There are many reason's that I have become a caregiver. One major reason is because I love helping and taking care of people. I earned my CNA license in High school and worked in geriatrics from 2002-2012. I had two girls and stayed home with them, and now I'm hoping to work in health care again. I am knowledgeable in the medical field and have excellent bedside manor. I am calm and can respond to a medical emergency without panic. I have cared for hundreds of people in the skilled nursing facilities I've worked in. I have also given in home care for an elderly couple and for my friend's grandmother. I love caring for elderly people and younger people with debilitating diseases. I love hearing stories of their life. The most notable one was a holocaust survivor. I care about the people I care for and like to be a part of their life. The achievement I'm most proud of was healing a terrible, stage four decubitus ulcer, that went all the way to the resident's bone. I can say, happily, that we were able to rehabilitate many people so they could go home.

I am an easygoing and friendly person. I have been married for 29years. I have 5 children. My youngest is now 17. I have always been a caregiver. I helped raise 4 younger siblings and later 2 stepdaughters. As time went on, I helped care for my grandmother with Alzheimer's. Following this I helped care for an Uncle with pancreatic cancer and one with diabetes and a history of strokes. Amidst all of this I also worked for an agency for a year. It was during this year that I became aware of 2 types of caregivers. The ones in it for a pay check who gave the bare minimum and those who were passionate about providing top level care with dignity and respect. I am the person who provides top level care with dignity and respect. Feeling this way inspired me to venture out and start my own business. Through my experiences I have gained valuable knowledge about many disease processes as well as end of life care.
