Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Zachary Oswald and I hope to be your helper. I am 34 years old and have been in health care for a little over 13 years currently. I have a very wide range of experience so far on my journey. I am CNA, PCT, CBRF and CPR certified. I have lots of experience in and out of facilities all the way up to hospitals & clinics and have been able to work with everything from basic needs to full assist, as well as in home care, rehabilitation, long term and short term care. I like to believe I am very well rounded. I am a current nursing student going for my RN currently. I take pride in my work by providing best care possible within my abilities. I am very passionate about this line of work and have been from a young age since I grew up taking care of several family members. So if I'm taking care of your family they will be treated like they were my own allowing me to give them top notch care.

I have been a caregiver off and on since shortly after high school. I love working with the elderly and cherish the bonds I am able to build with each and every client. My long experience in the field has taught me patience and the ability to adopt to different situation.

I've been a Medical Assistant for 9 years and love caring for people. While a majority of my medical career has been spent in pediatrics, I've experienced caregiving for seniors part-time throughout the last 15 years. I'm just as passionate about healthcare as it relates to Seniors and/or those with physical limitations, as I am about children. I believe what makes me a great caregiver, is my compassion for people along with my experience. I'm comfortable doing almost any task as it relates to in-home care. I can cook a variety of meals for any dietary need, I love to sit and provide conversation or entertainment, I'm experienced in medical care and have no issues tracking or administering medicine, I can easily handle shopping or grocery needs, and I have no problem providing physical assistance for bathing, grooming, and mobility requirements. I'm a wife and mother of 2, so I know how to maintain a household and care for those who can't care for themselves.

I started cargiving right outta high school in 2003. Growing up I helped take care of my great gma who had Alzheimer's and that is where my passions stems from . I love being with the elderly and helping them stay in there home making them as comfortable as possible.

We have a mini farm we are slowly getting more serious about becoming growing more of our own food. We are trying to plant more fruit trees and get our bee's figured out. The reason I am not a nurse anymore is due to want to give back to personal my way help people who want and need a trusted loving heart healthcare caregiver with medical background. I am very much animal lover of my fur kids. I have 3 fur kids mollie (English long legged )and rebel (typical ones seen short legs great jumpers) both Jack's different types. Our new fur kid is dixie Belgian Malinois my husband is training her. My husband is local police officer.

I am full of life and love to give that same feeling to others that do not have it [?] I love the stubborn ones that just "don't give" Because they don't think anyone understands or really cares!! I do!! I love to provide care/companionship to those that need it/want it. I first started my journey as a home health aid when I was given the journey to take care of my own grand-mother as well as recently my father. This is something that i feel i am Suppose to be doing and love helping others get the care and joy they need and deserve.

I'm caring, compassionat, patient and willing. I decided to become a caregiver because I was always great at hospitality and I've been taking care of the people around me all my life. What I love most about caregiving is taking care of the elderly.
