I'm a good caregiver because I take the time to learn the clients specific needs ,and always put my client first. it's a good a career and I use to help take care of my grandma which got me interested in the field.

I am very empathetic and I love taking care of people especially the older ones. I am punctual and very trustworthy. I have worked in various healthcare positions. I think my willingness to learn and my love for taking care of people definitely attracted me to this profession. I love their faces and smiles when you do the smallest things but they are so big to them and the satisfaction of making sure their taken care of at the end of every shift. Hello, I am Jeria! I have been into caregiving for many years now, it all started when my grandmother was sick and I wanted to be the only one to be able to care for her daily! I have always been one to help others whenever I can, however I can! I love being able to be there for someone rather its just for companionship or being able to take the burden off them. I have been a caregiver my entire life, I started out as a CNA at age 17 I did that as well as home health care for several years then I went to college and acquired my associates degree in Medical Assisting. Then I worked at an opthalmology practice for 3 years then a Cardiology center for 2 and most recently I've been employed as a direct care staff taking care of clients in their home. I'm honest, dependable, caring, empathetic and I just love taking care of people.

Hello my name is Michelle Dayton. I have worked in home healthcare for close to 25 years. I have been State certified as a CNA in both Michigan and Indiana. I am not currently certified but I am a registered HHA. I get tremendous enjoyment of taking care of others. My healthcare career started as a volunteer for hospice after I lost my grandparents. I've seen what amazing work they did and how at peace my grandparents were when they passed and I chose to pay it forward. I am a little more picky on the people I take care of then other Aides for two reasons: 1. If the client and I seem to clash it's no good for anyone. So I will not waste your time or my own. I will just respectfully decline the offer. 2. The clients I take on will not be just a clients. I love my people like they're my own family and I will do my absolute best to meet every need they have. If I cannot accomplish that I will find someone who can and put you in touch with them, because there's no sense in your family members being unhappy and uncomfortable in their own home. I feel that I am very caring and compassionate with each and every client that I've had. I believe everyone deserves respect, kindness and a voice( your opinion matters to me!) I will never force your family members to do something they don't want to do. I feel they have live through several wars, a great depression and a whole lot of hardship in the past and now is their time to be pampered. If your family member needs anything or you have questions about anything if I can't answer them I will find the answers and if I have the answers I will let you know.

Most of my family has worked as caregivers. All they way from home caregivers to nurses. I'm very compassionate confident with what I do. I'm patient and kind with my clients or with anyone who needs help. I've done community services at daycares & nursing homes ever since I was in highschool. I have also worked in nursing homes as well so I know quite a bit about health care. I also have my pharmacy technician license so I know about medications. I enjoy helping others as much as I can to help the community.

Hi my name is Anastasia I have been in the medical field for many years. I started my training at a vocational school called Beattie Tech located in McCandless P.A. during my junior 09-10 and senior year 10-11 of high school at Shaler Area High School in pittsburgh pennsylvania. I acquired my CNA at 18years old after I graduated both Beattie Tech and Shaler high school in 2011. I've had experience in many areas as a CNA. I have experience in skilled care including rehabilitation, dementia and Alzheimer's, long term care, short term care and then private care as well I've worked as a supervisor overseeing my other coworkers and training them in private care facilities while distributing med and making sure paper work was caught up to date and that there was an open channel of communication with other care givers to ensure my patients were getting everything they need. I have made it half way through my associates degree in nursing in pennsylvania before moving out here to pendleton indiana in July of 2018. I am currently enrolled in ivytech at the anderson campus to continue my studies. I also am a licensed driver with a vehicle. I LOVE helping and healing I believe I've been given a gift that should not be wasted over the 7 years that I've had experience giving care to the people that need it nothing in the world makes me happier than helping the person I'm working with. I am very outgoing and empathetic to individuals and their environments. I have patience to work through the problems that they are having at a pace that is good for the person I'm caring for.
