I offer meditation management within a client's home. I also provide bedside care in a hospital, hospice or nursing home setting. I am very comfortable advocating for elders. My name is Qenjada Weeks. I am 20 years old I see myself as very outgoing, honest, and dependable because most people my age you really can't always depend on. When I was younger my great grandmother had retired from her job and started being a caregiver. I was old enough to come alone help out and I loved it that's what attracted me as being a caregiver. Hello! My name is Felisha Evans. My expertise include excellent verbal and written communication. Among the many CNA skills, strong communication skills are one of the most important. I really enjoy working with the elderly and disabled. Which is why I am a Counselor at MDRS. I Help provide personal care attendant services to those living in the community that may be at risk of going into a nursing facility. I help avoid the facilities so that the elderly and disabled are able to live independently in there homes and community safety. My expertise also include, observation skills, ability to follow set rules and protocol, time management, organizational skills, and lastly empathy and compassion. When I was just starting out in college I know I wanted to be something where I could give back to the community and I found it by becoming a CNA and going even further and getting my degree and becoming a counselor at the department of rehabilitation.
