Hello, My name is Marcia Taylor. Just a little update about myself. I'm 44 years old, I love being a caregiver. It makes me feel great when I can brighten their day, make them understand that they do matter and I'm always their to protect and take care of them. I have family that I take care and I have a caregiver for them as well. So I like to make sure I feel comfortable with them as well as they feel comfortable, trustworthy with me as well. I enjoy preparing meals, reminding them of their meds, taking them to run errands or I will do it if they don't feel like it. But more than anything, I would like them to feel safe with me, I'm their for their needs, and companionship as well. I love to talk and let them know just because I'm here to do these things, they still matter and can enjoy life as well. I'm a good listener, and I have patients. My clients are like family to me. I treat them with much respect as I would if it was my own family.

My name is Andreana White, I have been in the caregiver field for over 5 years, I am Avery patient and understanding person. I have a daughter and I am a single parent.

I am a nurse at heart and love caring for those who are in need. I am returning to the work force even though I am always helping my family and friends. They know I will only give them good solid advice and instructions when it comes to their health and well-being.

I've been an LPTA for 17 years and absolutely love my patients! Geriatric patients are my favorite! However, I have grown tired of fighting with Medicare and have chosen to focus on caregiving rather than my previous career in therapy so that i can completelyfocus all my attention on my patient. My patients have always been my focus and my heart.

I've been told repeatedly that I'm and calm, gentle, and responsible. I do know, that I have extreme attention to detail. The accomplishment that I'm most proud of, was earning a bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. It was enormously difficult. After spending 20 years in Silicon Valley, I moved to the Big Island, where I now work as a Substitute Teacher. Many aspects of sub'ing parallel those of an excellent care giver. The parents and family of these young children, entrust their safety to me. The day's activities must be documented for review by the regular teacher. And I tend to orient to becoming a friend of the students, because I want the classroom experience to be a pleasant one where the behavior and performance are motivated by mutual respect.

I love to help out anywhere I can in any way I can! I helped my family with my grandparents care and I've worked in two assisted living facilities.

I am a 30 year veteran of health care , i love what i have become this was amy passion when i first went to work with mom whom also is a cna,my personality traits are value to my clients and resiedents,what attracted me is watching my mom take care of my granddaddie and other family members to being a caregiver is learning something new every day from my cleints and staff members,the most about being a caregiver is the love that i can enjoy from them and listening to them when they tell me about their family and their up bring,what is my personal achiement that i am proud of is bring love and joy back to them letten them know that they still have a purpose to others and i am doing the work that was placed in my heart,when my shift ends and i can leave at the end of the day and i know that i btought some peace to someone i know that im blessed.

I became a caregiver in 1994. Since then I have provided in home care, worked in a nursing home, worked at a personal care home, and now I work for ComForcare Home Health Care and Senior Services in Columbus, Ms. I love what I do and am very compassionate with my clients.
