I have always enjoyed providing a service even when I was little I always helped someone else in some way. An achievement I'm proud of is receiving my Associates in Science and my Associates in Arts all while being in high school. I am a 2022 graduate of the Beaufort County Early College High School. At 18 I obtained those two degrees, and although it was difficult at times, it taught me to be resilient and hard working.

I grew up watching my mom work with home help, and there was not a client who did not love her. One once said, was to know her was to love her. I tend to think that I took on my mom personality traits. Some of those traits are kind, patient, caring, helpful, loving, outgoing, and charismatic. I used to work in a nursing home, and I absolutely loved it. Just being able to help someone and make them feel comfortable in a place they once did not call home, is so soothing. It's never an easy task for elders to adjust to either assisted living or a nursing home; so with the help of us caregivers, we can make their transition much easier.

I have been working in the home health field for over 3 years now. Almost 3 years ago i lost my bestfriend/grandmother/2nd mom to someone not doing their job correctly, all they cared about was the money and not the human life their negligence was having on them.
