Hello my name is Roxanne Hodge.... I have been a CNA, PCT, Mental health worker for 43 years. I love my field of work, I believe it is my calling from God to serve and help others to heal, recover, and be comfortable in their home, hospital, rest home or mental institution as well as group homes. I'm a very social person. I enjoy helping and being there for others. I'm caring and take my job seriously when it comes to my clients whether it be the family or the client themselves. I enjoy the outdoors and going for walks and of course listening to my clients talk about what they like. I also enjoy engaging with my clients in games for cognition. I've worked with clients who have Alzheimer's and/or Dementia for over 14 years as a Memory Care Director and caregiver and have enjoyed every moment. I chose to be a caregiver because I wanted to have that one to one time with a client. I've met some wonderful families and clients over the years and enjoy seeing the smiles on their faces when they see their loved ones enjoying life again.
