I am a 44 year old woman who enjoys taking care of people. I have a heart of gold and I thrive when it comes to helping people. I love to cook from scratch and baking what they are aloud to have. I have knowledge on a few different diets. I have a photography business that I started this year and I have been licensed for almost 20 years. I also raise 4 children which my youngest does the same job as me. I am very proud of my children too. I have a husband that has a blood clot in his brainstem and he has mini strokes all the time. I take care of him when that happens too.

Even as a little girl I have always enjoyed helping people any way I could. I have always been drawn to the medical field in some way. I started as a PCA helping with medications, insulin, wound care, some personal care. I then became a CNA and have worked with many wonderful people. From helping with basic care needs, to being someone they could share company with. To full care needs. Dressing, dinning, bathing, physical therapy, helping transfer from sitting ro standing. Wheelchair to bed. I love being able to make someone smile in anyway I can.

To answer the first question, what makes me a great Caregiver? Ans. I do extra miles. Listen to the needs of a client. Have patuent & compassion and be supportive to the family. I am reliable, dependable, and very helpful. Iam honest & trustworthy. I am punctual, hardworking and responsible. Second question: Why did you become a caregiver? Ans. Because it is my passion to help others especially for seniors that really need help. Third question: What do you like about being a Caregiver? Ans. I like being a caregiver because I am able to help and take care of the seniors like my parents and make them happy. Fourth or last question: What is a personal achievement you are proud of? Ans. There is only one thing that I felt achieved in my job is to make my client happy of what I have done to them. For me, that is my greatest achievement.

I have been working in senior care and healthcare since the mid 1990's while in college. My experience first began when volunteering in the Adopt a Grandparent program and as an Activities Assistant in a Pittsburgh Nursing Home. I was married to a minister for 20 years and had many great experiences with the elderly in the church and home setting. We moved to Carthage, MO and I became a certified CNA and CMA. I've experience with nursing homes, assisted living, in home care as well as private clients. Through all of this I have truly found a love and compassion for the elderly population! I have also assisted in the care of my own mother and moved back to this area in November, 2019 to do so.

I love being able to spend time with my clients and really get to know them personally! That's what makes this job so interesting.

My name is Jada. I have a little over 3 years of experience as an STNA in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I prefer 3rd shift since that's typically what I'm used to and it's easier with my daily schedule. I take pride in keeping your loved ones cared for and watched over to make sure they're comfortable throughout the night. I can do light housekeeping and I am very pet friendly!

I am very cari kind-hearted genuine Young Lady. I don't look at caregiving as just a job in my eyes you can't it takes a certain person a certain heart. I've always gotten along with any client I have had no problem I am there for them and to help make their life and families lives easier. Getting older and not being able to do things on their own anymore can be frustrating I've listened to many stories about it, that's another thing listening actually letting it known what they have to say matters because it does. I absolutely love caregiving and I believe that's why I am great at it because when you love what you do how could you not be. I've accomplished wisdom and knowledge for such a young age and I couldn't be more grafeul knowing that I can't fail if I never give up is the key.

I am a very sweet and outgoing person, I love to meet new people, I am a very good listener ( I love to hear good stories), I make sure I get the job done the correct way! I wanted to be a caregiver because when my grandma was declining in health I saw how hard it was for her to do things. So to be a caregiver is a really special thing to do for people. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is I see alot of smiles from people when they have someone around and someone to talk to and that cares about the little things.

Hello my name is Amanda Anne Dunn, I was born December 19Th, 1996 I have been doing home health care sense 2016. I am very outgoing, I am a very good listener, I love to help people that need help I love to make sure they are being taken care of the way any human being out here should be taken cared of. Everyone that I have worked for they have noticed I do more then what is asked of me. I like to make sure my consumers and elders are happy and are able to live the way they want to live. I know I may be young but, that does not get in the way of my work ethic. I have always wanted to do in home care and more because I love the work and I love the people. I've known about this pretty much my whole life my whole family does nursing, home care, etc. I enjoy helping when I can and any way that I can.
