I am a hardworking, a responsible and a reliable caregiver. My attention to detail has served me well in caregiving. I pursued caregiving because of my kind, helping nature. During my time as a caregiver I've enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people and being part of their lives. I've met some of the kindest people and been amazed at the strength of others and what they have overcome in life. I'm happy to have been there for laughs, smiles and even tears. Caregiving is a difficult but a rewarding career.

I'm a 23 yr old Energetic Caregiver that's dedicated to living life to the fullest. I love to help others and put a smile on people's face. Proud to say I give every individual a personable type of care that not only fits their needs but gives them the freedom to be themselves.

My very first actual job was a CNA and I knew right away that it was the profession for me! I've always tried being the very best at treating others how it'd like to be treated! I look at each and every person I've ever cared for as if they were my own family and still keep in touch with many of them. I've always enjoyed helping people and making they're day easier and more enjoyable!

I have been a caregiver for over 6 years,i try my very best to be as dependable ,reliable, caring and compasionate as i can be.i have been fortunate enough to work with really wonderful people who have mental and physical impairements, i try to evaluate an individuals need and create a care plan just for them so that they can be as comfortable as they can in thier environment.

I love being a caregiver because it is my passion to care for other people. I love being able to go to work care for the person and go home happy because i did something great for someone. I believe i was destined to care for others it gives me so much joy in my heart to help people. I passionately love the work that i do.

I enjoy being a caregiver, has 18+ years in caregiving. I enjoy being able to make a difference in the lives of others. It gives me satisfaction to be able to see a smile on the face of the people assisted.

What I love most about being a caregiver is building relationships with my clients and helping them with day to day tasks.

I became a caregiver because I have a big heart and a lot to offer in ways of understanding and patience. I see my clients as people still and not just a job. I also have personal experience with special needs and a long range of care. From hydrocephalus and a shunt as well as multiple surgeries and recovery, incontinence and Cath care and multiple other things I have went through with one of my twins since birth. Also have worked with hospice patients and families. Have also went through my own person experiences with hospice and with loss including one of my children and with others close to me.

I enjoy and love the passion of being a caregiver because I enjoy and love working with different clients or individuals with different disabilities and/or different health concerns to learn and educate myself about their disabilities/health issues. Being a caregiver attracts me to interact with them one on one and working with them to make a potential difference in their lives. I enjoy being a caregiver as well to increase my self confidence and self worth knowing that someone relies on me taking care of them. My personal achievement as a caregiver that I am truly proud of was helping a client that was unable to walk on her own due stroke. Difficult tasks such as bathing, grooming, personal hygiene tasks and simple tasks such as holding a spoon. Helping the client to overcome the fear of failing or giving up, I was able to help and work with her daily to improve and accomplish the goal of her getting back on track. I am proud to say, the client has come a very long way and therefore was able to walk on her own using a walker, minimal use of wheelchair as well and perform all tasks without any issues and with someone by her side monitor her for any health concerns that may arise.
