what attracted to being a care giver is the fact t hat so many nursing homes don't give the elderly that they need, don't get me wrong i do know that they help but they don't engage with them, they treat them as a patient not a person.
technically I've never been a certified caregiver but when my grandmother as sick i did all i could to make her last days worth it and i believe she died happy and not miserable, and not because of me but just being able to feel what its like to live a youthful life again before it was gone.
a personal achievement i'm proud of is being 18 years old and already have a life plan.
