I was raised up caring for people beginning in my own family. At the nudging of my mother, I became an LVN in 1985. After the passing of my father, I neglected to keep my LVN license current but remained in the field of caring. I enjoy helping others accomplish their day as well as family members observing positive change in a homebound loved one. Hello! What I love most about being a caregiver/CNA is being able to be a shoulder for those who do not have anyone. I love helping those who need it most or being there for those who aren't able to care for themselves and are seeking long-term care. I started this professional career in 2009 after my dad had a stroke and of course I wanted to step in and take care of him. I realized after he passed away that this was my calling.
