I started caregiving when I was young. I have one uncle who was born with epilepsy and he's mentally handicapped. When working with my last client I streamlined the time card process and I also found misuse of the clients debit card by one of the other employees. I also started a few different procedures for everyone to fallow so we could be more consistent with his care. I started all of these while working closely with Bessie and she said I was a God send to her family and she was so grateful I was there for her father.
