I retired in 2014 from Ultrasound. I have been in the medical field for over 40 years and have had many duties through those years. I started and a Radiologic Technologist then became a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer. From there I was Director of Radiology for 9 years. I started back in Ultrasound and retired from there. My original profession is very physically demanding and I can't work a 40 hour week at the pace required. I would like to help elderly or disabled persons to maintain a normal lifestyle. I am a well rounded person, don't smoke or drink and am a devout Christian.

I'm a very caring person. I've been helping other my entire life and enjoy it. I can cook, clean, and do any doctors visits or anything else as needed.

I enjoy staying busy and to help people and in this area of work that's what you do. So many elderly people have no family or friends and this helps them and the community. I took care of my dad who passed from cancer and my mom that had sugar and heart problems she was on dialysis for 4 yrs . I also had to take care of my husband of 32 yrs who had ms for 18 yrs he passed in 2008. I'm no stranger to hard work and proud that I was able to take care of my own family.

Hi! My name is Halie, I'm 21 years old. I became a caregiver to take care of my grandfather that was not able to be by him self anymore. I cared for him for many years until he passed away. I love the thought of helping people with things they may not be able to do anymore without a little help. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is seeing the big smile on someone's face when I help them accomplish something they thought they couldn't do. It's the greatest feeling in the world. My best personal acheivment that makes me proud is, I worked with an autistic boy at one point and he was terrified of stairs because he had fallen and gotten seriously hurt. I worked with him everyday to get him to the steps, some days went great other days he was not having it. I worked with him for months until finally he trusted me enough to get down those stairs. After that he went down the steps everyday. I was so proud of not only myself but also of him. He did an amazing job!
