I started helping my grandparents after high school while deciding about college. In my 40's after a work layoff, I became professionally trained as a personal care support provider and caregiver and loved the work right away. The two things I enjoy most with my clients: 1. music and dance as fun way to get some exercise 2. cooking healthy home cooked food together and sharing a meal I worked with people in all six New England states but Vermont is my favorite.
