I have 13+ years of experience working with children and adults with special needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and developmental delays. My work experience extends to classroom settings, theater programs, one-on-one aid, community support, and personal care giving. I first developed an interest in caregiving because my mother was a special ed teacher. The type of care I provide goes beyond keeping children safe. I believe a caregiver should nurture young minds, help clients to achieve higher a level of independence, inspire them to be the best they can be, and generally love the work that they do.
