I became a caregiver as the next step towards my nursing degree, and to get some experience in the medical field. I really enjoy working with all ages, disabilities, and people. I just finished my training, and I absolutely loved my clinics. I love getting to know the patients and/or residents, getting to be apart of their happiness and daily lives, and overall just being the reason someone is happier or feels better about themselves. I am very proud of this achievement, as I am not even out of high school yet and am almost half way done with my pre-requisites for my BSN in nursing. (a baccalaureate degree in nursing). I am very excited to start working in the field as a professional, and finding my own path through life. I feel giving other people care with an open mind and heart really makes them feel welcomed into wherever they are, or just more comfortable at home, and I want to be apart of that experience with them.
