I performed personal care services, provides assistance with routine household tasks, and respite or companion visits for patients and their families. Vitals, ortho's, ted hose, charting, sit to stand, hoyer lift, transfers, feeding, check weight, change brief, peri-care, range of motion, gait belt, shower, foot care, nurse delegation tasks.

Hospice care, transfer from bed to wheel chair using Hoyer lift, transportation in wheelchair, bed bath, medication reminders, light house cleaning, cooking, companion care, drafted care plans, contracts, kept records of time in and out and worked with insurance companies.

Assist the older person with personal care. Some of the personal care includes bathing, grooming, and dressing. There is a huge task on the shoulders of caregivers to help the elderly with these duties. As a caregiver, part of the personal care responsibilities also includes toileting, Hoyer lift, transfer from bed to wheelchair, dressing, incontinent care, feeding, vitals, cooking, light cleaning, medication reminders, transportation to and from appointments, end of life care and hospice care.
