About Ashlee

I would be a great addition to your care team. I have a lot of experience with caregiving, nannying, and customer service. In 2010, I began caregiving. I started with providing care for a woman (52) who was thought to have epilepsy, and later was diagnosed with brain cancer. I worked with her and her family on and off for about two years. Prior to and following that experience, I nannied for various families, with various ages and numbers of children, some of whom had disabilities. I have worked with both male and female quadriplegics for the last 5-6 years, and currently work with two male quadriplegics. I've worked almost 2yrs with one and 4.5yrs with the other. I also have experience working with a female (24) with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 2, a female (24) who suffered a traumatic brain injury, a male (60) brain cancer patient who suffered a stroke as a complication, and a couple (90+) who needed assistance around the house and each suffered through congestive heart failure. I have been caregiving for over 10 years now. I began nursing school in Fall 2020 and am going to have my RN by June 2022. I am looking for a position where I can utilize my skills working closely with an individual, part time or a split shift schedule, which will give the opportunity to expand my experience, skills, and knowledge in an additional caregiving position. I am dependable, reliable, attentive, confident, organized, composed, committed, honest, trustworthy, detail oriented, responsible, respectful, mature, good at multi-tasking, and open to learning new things. I have excellent patience, communication, and quick learning skills as a result of working in different environments and with varying people. I have a flexible schedule and adapt well to different needs and requirements. I am well qualified with the diverse qualities I possess.

Hello, my name is Elisa I am 59 years old My caregiving started in 1995 , as my Mother became ill , I knew she would want a high level of in home care that I would personally be able to provide. As her illness became more advanced , it was important to me that she be able to stay in her home where she would be more comfortable. A few time a week turned into every day, then several hours a day. My Mothers wishes to be at home in her time of need was fulfilled . And it was a blessing and a honor to be there for her. I found myself wanting to give other families the same opportunity my Mother was given. I continued working closely with other families as well as with the IHSS of King Co. from 1995 till 2001.Then in California in Contra Costa Co. From 2002 - 2009 then , I returned back to Washington State where I have continued my work with private families. I am available to start giving the best care to your loved ones or yourself and give the same opportunity to remain safely in your home. I am currently approved, on the Home Health Care Registry . Please feel free to see a full work history upon request. References can be provided upon request. I have been given the covid vaccine .
