I have always been the one to care for children and adults of all ages. it started in my youth with babysitting jobs and with helping my mom take care of elderly in laws. I raised three children of my own and have been helping with one grandchild also. currently I take care of my service connected disabled husband as well. I realized that caring for others was a gift I was blessed with, My gentle, caring ways have helped many. I decided to become a CNA after caring for my grandmother during her bout with cancer. After she died my desire to provide quality , dependable care for others increased and I took the necessary steps to became a CNA,. The day I passed my state test was a proud accomplishment for me .Currently I am using my skills to care for people in an assisted living environment but am looking to further my experience doing more one on one care such as home care instead of working in a facility .
