I am a very caring & patient person . I enjoy helping others it makes me feel good to know I made someones day better or easier . I became interested in being a caregiver because my father got sick with kidney failure and had diabetes and I had to start caring for him and that showed me how important your health is and how we should take care of ourselves. What I enjoy most from being a caregiver is that people get to live and be in their own home of comfort and I can come in just to help assist with daily needs and care. The one on one patient care allows me to know more about them how they like things done and want things done. A personal achievement of mine that I am very proud of is that in 2014 my father passed away and I was able to gain the strength an courage to go to college get my degree in medical assisting and finish knowing that I accomplish my goal.
