I am patient,kind, and respectful with a good sense of humor when needed. I started out caregiving for a family member with dementia. I was told I might want to do caregiving professionally. I went through the course to become a home care aide.I seem to have a calming affect on my clients and I am an excellent cook and my clients usually enjoy my cooking. I took care of a couple in their 80s for a year and they said I was like part of their family. I took care of them till the end of their life and they ended up bedridden needing personal care.I have had various clients with various conditions three years and I provide good companionship and much respect to all.
