1. I became a caregiver because I want to give back to the elderly that once loved and took care of me when I was younger. 2. I like the mere fact that when I assist the elderly, I'm able to make a difference in their life. For instance, I love to see them smile and that they can feel safe with me. In addition, I love to sit down and hear the stories the elderly has to say. 3. My personal achievement that I am proud of, is that I'm giving my certified nursing skills to someone that really cares and needs my help. 4. I am very compassionate and love to listen to people on what they have to say. Whether it makes sense or not. In addition, I'm a very hard worker, don't mind change, and flexible.
