After being a stay at home mom for 20 years I figured the next step should be to help out the elderly. I have been a caregiver (certified) for over 15 years now and absolutely love it. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the smile and or relief on someones face when they have someone to help them. Whether it is to cook them a meal, help pay bills or just go to the grocery store so that they dont have to. My greatest work was working at the Hospice Care Center for over 2 years. Working with whole families in their time of sorrow was so rewarding. I recently became a grandmother for the first time and love spending time with him. I love doing jigsaw puzzles with my clients or just sitting and listening to their life stories. I am highly trained in all aspects of care giving. I am able to provide short or long-term care (up to 48-hour shifts. Private Duty Nurse Delegated Caregiver Available. I'm available one time or long term as you need. Are you looking for an educated and experienced caregiver? One who is available to provide compassionate home nursing and living assistance for the elderly, including surgical recovery, and dementia care patients? I'm able to assist with daily personal hygiene, showers, transferring and dressing care. Will prepare nutritious meals, (including feeding if required) cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands, as well as kindhearted and upbeat companionship. I remain composed during emergencies and have the ability complete the task at hand in a conscientious, competent and composed manner. I am always happy to assist in home physical therapy, as well as providing transportation for outside medical, diagnostic or other therapy related appointments. I can also assist surgical recovery patients in their home. I have 2 years of experience working in Hospice care.
