Greetings! Currently working on my undergrad studies as a student of Midwifery. I have 6 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I enjoy the outdoors and staying active, but when I'm taking care of elderly I know from hands-on experience that this takes time, compassion, and patience which I hold. I enjoy simple conversations and listening to their wonderful stories (which are many!) they love to talk about. I became inspired to be a CNA by taking care of my grandparents when I was younger, to me, nothing is more rewarding than assisting a person in need to improve their quality of life.

I am a responsible, reliable and compassionate caregiver with years of experience in geriatric care within private homes and assisted living communities. I am recognized for my ability to provide emotional and physical support to clients. I have exceptional communication abilities as well as cultural sensitivity to deal with a diverse range of people. The reward of being a caregiver is priceless and my passion of caring for others comes from experience. One of my fondest memories is being in the kitchen with my Aunt, we loved to cook together. It was everything I looked forward to after a long day at school or work. Then her symptoms of arthritis worsened and she was no longer able to do what she loved on her own. Helping my Aunt and others like her that are going through their process is the reason I am a caregiver today. It allows me to care for others in the same way I would want my family members to be treated.
Why I'm become a care giver because I like helping people. Also, I used to live with my grandma and I was helping her every step of the way so that motivated me become a care giver. I enjoy working as a care giver, and I enjoy the most being family with all of my clients. My clients are very happy when they see me because I always try to understand and know what my clients want. I'm the most patient and positive persons.
