My name is Heather and I have been involved in the health care field for 17 years. My compassion for individuals struggling medically started when I was 11. At that age, I began volunteering at a local nursing home. At the age of 13, I started volunteering at a local hospital. At 17, I obtained a paying position doing what I loved. It is my desire to participate in the well being of elderly individuals and the improvement of daily life. I am an individual motivated to promote healing, provide hope, and preserve dignity. I have worked professionally as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 9 years. I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining dignity, respect, safety, and companionship. I have experience in long term care, hospice, assisted living, hospitals, and acute care settings; where it was my pleasure to contribute to high-quality care. As an employee I am adaptable, professional, and easy to get along with. Alongside my compassion and empathy for elderly persons, I have an open heart, deep seeded respect, and love for other beings.
