I enjoy what I do and I love every one I work with no matter there gender, religion, were they come from ,because we are all connected. At the end of the day I get blessed. And just getting to know a person you never knew in your life, brings joy to my heart.

Iam a great caregiver because: - have skills of listening respectively before responding. Am a passionate, caring and loving listener. - respectful to individual rights, faith or sexual orientation. - passionate to my carrier - have trained to get rightful skills for the job. I became a caregiver when I started to take care of my mom who was diabetic for over 16 years. We had employed several caregivers but they were more interested to the check than service. After termination of several caregivers, I decided to care for my mom until when we relocated to USA in 2007. She died in 2013. Since I took responsibility to care for mom, I gained passion for this job. I love to care for individuals with physical, emotional and intellectual challenges. I love being available to give loving,compassionate, professional care, and a caring support to those in need. I like being a caring, loving and respectful staff. I have witnessed an individual who couldn't get to the community start going out for a walk at the mall and joining other individuals in the house and watch television interactively without issues. I started by encouraging and giving assurance that he is safe and when he gets out, I will transport him back. Companion, encouragement and assurance helped him break the walls of fear of unknown. I have certification through taking continuous education. I have trained on how to perform CPR/FIRST AID, food handling, nurse delegation , Dementia.
