    Took care of and trained the developmentally disabled in the clients home, taking care of 1-3 clients. Made sure their medical needs were met also to include the administration of medications, charting, giving gastric tube feedings, changing briefs, feeding or training the clients to eat and training them how to function as much as possible in a home environment. I helped integrate developmentally disables clients into the community setting, as well. Made sure the clients physical, social, medical needs were met, daily. I cooked food, put them in proper storage containers, labeled them and put them in freezers. I communicated with all staff and other health care workers involved, either verbally or by written charting concerning the clients progress, medications, medical conditions, social interactions, etc.
