Hello, My name is Montoya Crawford. After helping my mother nuture and care for my now 20 year old, down syndrome sister, I've come to realize caregiver (nursing) is where I really want to be. I Love helping people and making them better. Helping people is something that has become second nature. One thing that I love is putting a smile on my mother's, face. Helping her, when she needed the help and spending the time with my baby sister. It's crazy to say, but I've spent time in school, probably trying to accomplish getting into a career, other than the caregiving (nursing). This is where I should've started, and I plan on climbing the ladder into the nursing field.
