I have focused my career and academic pursuits on learning and developing healthcare professional soft skills such as empathy, strong work ethic, positive mental attitude, dealing with pressure, etc. As a personal mission, I strive to empower and improve other's outlook and circumstances. I believe in being genuine, nurturing, driven and using technical skills;this is an essential combination for people in my field. Additionally, my abilities extend to communication and customer service with proficiency in critical thinking. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has provided me with a deep understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations. The qualification mission while reflecting positively on the professionalism and competencies in its employees.

I am a Great caregiver because I possess all the character traits that come with the job. Empathy, Compassion, Trustworthy, Patience, Reliable, and Flexibility! I love to show the person I am caring for that I actually care in that I'm here to help, to put a smile on their face to make their day a lot better. The thing I like most about being a caregiver is making a difference in someone life.

Reliable punctual trustworthy respectful and responsible I became a caregiver because since I was young I've always been interested in the elderly they have Great stories and life is not a rush for them so they enjoy time What I enjoy most about caregiving is the feeling I feel when I've completed a task or made my clients day is priceless

I originally started out working with children dealing with mental illness/special needs, however, I did branch off to work with different groups of people such as Adolescents and Geriatric clients. I enjoyed it, it allowed me to gain and to have even more patience, being thankful and enjoying the moments that some clients may not get to enjoy with their family. I've achieved growing into an adult that lives and thinks outside the box, giving clients a chance to express themselves without judgment because of any condition. Listening is key and I learn more that way.

I love one on one interaction with others I enjoy taking care of my elders family members , I became a caregiver because Of the time I spent with my grandparents , my Person achievement that I'm proud of is I CAN accomplish anything I put my mind too

Hello my name is Zebrica denson I'm 29 years old, mother of two beautiful children. I was born in a small town called Andalusia Alabama and raised in the city of Detroit and now I live in Birmingham Al, where I graduated in 2012. Im the oldest of my siblings (6). Being the oldest motivated me to choose the career field that I'm in now it helped me become nurturing at a young age understanding I am helpful I have a genuine love for childrenAnd the elderly.What I enjoyed the most with being a caregiver is meeting new people learning different personalities building friendships and I also love the challenge. Most of all knowing that I helped someone that was in need and also made their days special and easy.
