I'm very dependable. I've always enjoyed helping others . I like to encourage your loved ones to keep their daily activities.

I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. My heart is overwhelmed with genuine happiness when providing care and/or maintaining a personal relationship with each resident, client, and/or patient. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I find that doing so & providing the utmost respectful care to each of them, brings forth a growth for even myself, as I continue my education into becoming an RN (later to bridge into Nurse Practitioner). Daily, I am seeking the latest knowledge and skill so hopefully I can improve my care traits daily, to a wider/higher demand of clients. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. * I like doing a variety of tasks in a day. * I don't ever say, "that's not my job" but instead like pitching in to do whatever is needed. * I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. * I take pride in your attention to detail. * I don't want a desk job; you like being physical in your job and using your body as well as your brain. * I are seeking a career with growing opportunities. * I don't want to invest in many years of formal education but you are willing to learn new skills and take continuing education to do your job well. * I feel that when you are older, you'd want someone like yourself there to help you if you need help.

I've been an LPTA for 17 years and absolutely love my patients! Geriatric patients are my favorite! However, I have grown tired of fighting with Medicare and have chosen to focus on caregiving rather than my previous career in therapy so that i can completelyfocus all my attention on my patient. My patients have always been my focus and my heart.

I very much enjoy the work I do. It makes me feel like I am making a difference in the lives of the individuals I care for. I actually talk and listen to what they have to say. I believe I am blessed to sit there and listen to the back in the old days stories. At the end of the day it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

By nature, I'm compassionate and fun-loving. Staying positive throughout the day is top on my list. Caring for others brings me great joy; I find it very rewarding to be able to graciously step into someone's life and be their hands and feet, even if only for a little while.

I'm very up beat, love to interact with my patients. I've been a caregiver for 7 years. I love giving people a chance to live there life in there own home. Light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, appointments.

I have been a caregiver for 20 plus years and enjoy every minute of it. I love the people and the experience.

I became a caregiver to my grandmother (my best friend) when she was 88. She developed dementia then. I also was a caregiver to my mother in law who had alzheimer's. I educated myself and also had worked in a nursing on caring for the elderly. I believe our elderly deserves to live as comfortably and be treated with respect and dignity. I enjoy caring for people and making their life the best that I can. I later became a caregive part time in addition to my full time job for extra income. Since being laid off I decided to pursue caregiving because I enjoy it.
