I feel like I will be a great asset for this position because, I'm dedicated to keeping my patients happy. I'm coming in to be the best in every aspect of my position and I'm going to thrive to be great.

I have been in the caregiving business since 2007. I have done all aspects of care including hiring, training and staffing caregivers.

I love to help people in need. I have 2 special needs children of my own that I care for as well as my wife who has a terminal condition. I feel that my experience taking care of my own family prepares me to help others.

I'll start by saying I love helping people, especially though that can't help themselves. I'm energetic, reliable and honest I put my all into whatever it is that I'm doing from taking care of my kids to helping out a friend in need.

I am currently a CNA in school for my LPN I have been in health care for 13years now with lot of experience with different job roles to home health with veterans to assistant living

My Name is Pearlie, I have always had the caretaker trait since I was around 10 years old. I was the grandkid that wanted to stay in the house and help my grandmother take care of my granddad and the person that want a babysitting job in the summer to help out the family. It make me feel good to do for others when the can't or have no one to help them complete their daily living duties. I'm a medical assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant and would like to get back into the CNA side to have more hands on taking care of people again that is my passion.

I am a certified CNA and Caregiver. I am reliable, responsible, and I do have a driver's license along with automobile insurance. I have my Fingerprint Clearance Card. I am current with a negative TB test and I am CPR and First Aide certified. I have 11 years of experience working as a Home health CNA (Certified Nurses Aide/Assistant) and caregiver working one on one with people and clients in their homes. I especially enjoy working one on one with a client because this way my time and attention is solely given to their needs and preferences in a comfortable setting for them. Most of my experience has been working with the elderly/geriatrics population. Also, I have worked with various types of people and ages with differentiating needs. This career suits me because I care and love helping my clients in any way possible. All that matters is they are happy and receiving my all. The things that helped me realize that this was a great career fit for me was seeing my family being so helpful to elders in my community. I was always taught to help and give back to my elders in any way possible. I enjoying seeing the joy they get from someone going out of there way to help them and showing them that there are still people out there willing to understand them and care for them. One of my greatest achievements would have to be finishing high school on time after dropping out my freshmen year, and being the only child out of my siblings to go to college and granduate.

Hi,I'm in this field for about 10years now ,I started in Assisting Home where we had over 200 residents and working there for 8 years I feel in love with this field. I'm pursuing my Nursing degree now,knowing that is my passion, and what a rewarding field. It thought me patience, better prospective in life in general.

I've been a nursing assistant since 2011. I used to be a group home manager for special needs adult, I also was a special needs children's teacher's aid

Currently I am on the road to being a medical assistant, being in this field brings a certain type of warmth to my heart. I've always been the type of person to take care of others, being a caregiver requires you giving it your all, the respect to your patients and their families, it requires "heartwork".

I have over 20 years of experience. I have worked in, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living homes, private care. I have worked with children with disabilities.

I became a caregiver 13 years ago because I love to help people. I like that I been blessed with a gift of a kind heart and im able to take care of those that need to be helped.Being in this field of work has made me a better mother, friend to those around me.

What makes me a great caregiver is I'm compassionate and very empathetic. Growing up my Great grandmother got sick from a stroke and I got to see the CNAs take care and aid the sick.Being surrounded by that environment, I knew I wanted to be more hands on with patients, and from then on I knew I wanted to be a CNA. During High school I took a CNA( Certified Nursing Assistant) class for two years, and right after high school I landed my first job at the exact n Nursing/Rehabilitation facility. Boy was the job difficult- but it challenged me to push myself harder and I gave 100% at all times. Being a caregiver is such an honor- it's about putting away your needs to assist others. Knowing that a smile on your face can bring joy and happiness to someone else is priceless. The moments when you can reflect back and see how you have helped change someones life is what caregiving is all about. A job that recently fell into my lap at a independent home where I provided personal care to an elderly couple as well as some household tasks. I must say working there was one of my biggest achievements. It was very inspirational:This couple were no longer patients they became family. Not only has it allow me to provide companionship and change lives , but it gave me the oppertunity to help those who couldn't help themselves. This is what's prompting me to further my career in caregiving.

I love helping people that my passion I like helping people feel better. Making them happy by helping with there daily needs. That I have the passion to help people that need it.

Caregiving is a time in life where families need an extra hand with their loved ones. I am a responsible and dedicated person who enjoys working with people. My experience in the medical field has been such a joy. I plan to continue my education in the healthcare field to become a doctor. I first would like to gain as much field experience as I can while I'm still young. I have been a private care provider for my own household for many years. My family and I had a hard time understanding what the doctors were saying, so I decided to dedicate my time to medical schooling after my elderly father went through open heart surgery and my grandmother's stroke. I've cared for them both successfully. I am a single parent just trying to be a great role model for my daughters. In hopes that one day they will help others. So I hope I can help ease some stress from your household and you can focus on spending time with your loved ones. They love you and need your attention during this time.

I became a caregiver after caring for my Grandmother who had Dementia when I was 13 years old. After she passed away, I knew I had the passion to want to help and take care of others.
